An OLED display device with a passivation film formed between a sealing member and a pad portion through a structural alteration of the sealing member and first and second protective layers prevents deterioration of image quality and a driving faults caused by short circuits and electro-static discharge.

a substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area; an organic light emission layer on the display area; a pad portion on the non-display area; a first protective layer covering the organic light emission layer; a second protective layer covering the first protective layer; a metal cap on the second protective layer; and a photoresist layer on the metal cap.
