Disclosed is a current steering digital to analog converter including a plurality of switching blocks receiving a driving signal and switching and outputting the received driving signal; and a current cell supplying current to the switching blocks, wherein the current cell includes a current cell for the MSB of N×m bits and a current cell for the LSB of m bits. The current cell is arranged such that a unit matrix for the current cell for the MSB of the m bits is configured, an L×L matrix is configured by using L where L×L is equal to or greater than 2^N, and all or a part of elements of the L×L matrix are made to be the unit matrix so the current cell for the MSB of N×m bits is arranged on a layout surface.
