FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: method of assembly of the tubular heat exchanger includes installation of heat exchange pipes in tube grids of the heat exchange section. Tubes are fixed mechanically and sealed from the outer side with anaerobic sealant. From the inner side of the tube grid by means of removable ring the limited space is formed. The heat exchange section is arranged vertically, aligned by level. The surface of the lower tube grid is filled with filling composition. The filling composition is cured. The operation is repeated on the second tube grid. The assembled heat exchange section is installed in the heat exchanger housing. Anaerobic impregnating sealant is applied on outer side of tube grids.EFFECT: providing tightness of connection of the pipe bunch with the tube grid of the heat exchanger, improvement of reliability of the heat exchange device in operation.4 dwg
