The balance is affected directly to correct its moment of inertia to the rated theoretical magnitude for development of preset oscillation frequency of adjusting assembly composed by said balance and said balance spring assembly. The watch comprises at least one adjusting element composed by said balance and said balance spring assembly including the balance spring.
