<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation burden of an occupant when setting a seat cushion to a use position or storage position. <P>SOLUTION: A rear seat 10 has a sector gear 64 rotated from an initial position to one side in a rotation direction by operating an upside switch, and has a contact part 66 brought into contact with a projection pin 36 to rotate a seat cushion 12 from the use position to the storage position. Further, the sector gear 64 is held at a storage completion position, and the contact part 66 and projection pin 36 are held in contact with each other, and thereby, rotation of the seat cushion 12 toward the use position is restricted. Consequently, the seat cushion 12 is held at the storage position, and thereby, a locking tool of a strap can be locked to and unlocked from the vehicle without supporting the seat cushion 12. Meanwhile, when a downside switch is operated, the sector gear 64 is rotated to the other side in the rotation direction, and the seat cushion 12 can rotate from the storage position to the use position by gravitation.
