The present invention relates to a method for producing a sterilizing paint. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a sterilizing paint to uniformly coat a vehicle or the like, wherein coating is uniformly performed without sink during a drying step after coating. The method comprises: a first step of adding a sterilizer in an organic solvent and liquefying the same; a second step of adding and diluting a diluent in a sterilizing liquid liquefied from the first step; and a third step of adding the sterilizing liquid diluted and treated from the second step to a main material. Sterilization power is maximized, so distribution is evenly performed. Sinking of sterilization paint even after dispersion is controlled.
