The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display apparatus with improved light extraction efficiency and a method for manufacturing thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention includes: a substrate; a first pixel electrode for a first color emitting, a second pixel electrode for a second color emitting, and a third pixel electrode for a third color emitting which are disposed separately from each other on the substrate; a first light emitting layer disposed to correspond to the first pixel electrode, a second light emitting layer disposed to correspond to the second pixel electrode, a third light emitting layer disposed to correspond to the third pixel electrode; an opposite electrode disposed on the surface of the first light emitting layer, the second light emitting layer, and the third light emitting layer to correspond to the first pixel electrode, the second pixel electrode, and the third pixel electrode; and a porous capping layer including the same material as the one included in the opposite electrode.
