摘要 The present invention relates to a waterworks asset management method. According to the method of the present invention, each component of a water supply facility from a water intake place to a customer house is classified systematically as an individual asset, and degree of severity according to damage of a random asset within a planned analysis range is set by establishing spatial position or arrangement information and hydraulic connection information of the asset concretely and precisely on the basis of a geographic information system (GIS). And the method can adjust degree of danger by searching a complementary or replaceable asset of a corresponding asset, after determining the degree of danger on the basis of the degree of severity and probability of damage, by setting the damage probability of the asset by applying empirical deterioration per asset type. Through the present invention, it is possible to establish and use an organic connection structure of the water supply facility asset systematically, and to predict the result caused by the damage of the asset accurately, and at the same time, to calculate predicted damage time per asset or damage probability accurately. And it is possible to perform efficient usage of available resources and finance and stable maintenance of service level, by searching the replaceable or complementary asset through overall analysis as to the total waterworks asset and then applying the analysis result to priority judgment of a preemptive action.
