The present invention relates to a method for providing porosity and forming transition metal oxide by irradiating a graphene oxide film with microwaves, and to a graphene film for applying the same. The film and the method are capable of expanding a specific surface area by forming pores between graphene sheets using microwaves on a graphene material with limited application as an electrode active material of supercapacitor due to agglomeration phenomena by van der Waals forces of graphene, improving electrochemical properties, and controlling restacking phenomena by providing porosity with a simple method for improving properties of ionic migration into the electrode surface of the graphene. |
