The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat radiating sheet and the heat radiating sheet manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing the heat radiating sheet includes the steps of: (a) cleaning the surface of a heat conductive substrate with alkaline solutions; (b) preprocessing the surface of the heat conductive substrate; and (c) coating the surface of the heat conductive substrate which has been oxidized with heat radiating powder-containing solutions. The heat radiating sheet performs a heat radiating function on a heating type small electronic component, reduces the weight and the thickness of an electronic device, and obtains a flexible function to bend.
