The present invention relates to a two-layer circular knitting having excellent temperature adaptability and a producing method thereof, and the method produces a cotton/ptt/complex Siro-Slub cotton yarn to a surface yarn and a temperature adaptability yarn to inner yarn by using a circular knitting device. Provided is a two-layer circular knitting which has a hand feel with the emotion of natural fibers, has antibacterial activity and temperature adaptability, and thus can be widely used in underwear, inner skin of outdoor, sports clothing.
