PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating device, and the like, which uses piezoelectric effects of a piezoelectric material so as to generate a high voltage without causing an increase in size.SOLUTION: A power generating device 100 includes: a beam (deformable member) 104 that is deformed in switched directions; a piezoelectric member 108 provided in the beam 104; a pair of electrodes (a first electrode 109a and a second electrode 109b) provided in the piezoelectric member 108; an inductor L that is provided between the pair of electrodes and forms a resonance circuit together with a capacitance component C0 of the piezoelectric member 108; a switch SW connected in series to the inductor L; a full-wave rectifier circuit 120 that is provided between the pair of electrodes and rectifies an alternating current generated by the piezoelectric member 108; a voltage detection circuit 130 that detects an anode potential and a cathode potential of each of diodes D1 and D3 included in the full-wave rectifier circuit 120; and a control circuit (control section) 112 that puts the switch SW in a conduction state for a predetermined period of time on the basis of an output signal of the voltage detection circuit 130. |
