FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method of methanol regeneration from water-methanol solution (WMS) includes preliminary evaporation of methanol and part of water from initial WMS, extraction of natural gas from evaporated WMS, rectification of obtained WMS with obtaining regenerated methanol. Device for method realisation contains evaporation column 1, upper part of which is connected through the apparatus 4 of air cooling with separator 2 (block of separators), output of which for WMS is connected with input of rectification column supply 3. Apparatus 9 of air cooling, reflux vessel 8 and pump 6, output of which is connected with input of rectification column 3 irrigation and with line of methanol rejection, are successively connected with upper part of rectification column. Bottom part of rectification column 3 is connected with circulation circuit, which includes fire heater 5.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce 2-3 times period between overhauls of installations for methanol regeneration from water-saturated solutions with high content of mechanical admixtures and salts due to preliminary WMS evaporation.10 cl, 1 dwg |
