The filament end is brought subcutaneously and introduced into the abdominal cavity through the other end of the white line. The filament is left in the abdominal cavity. The instrument is delivered from the opposite side through the second abdominal rectus muscle at 1-1.5 cm from its inner edge. The filament end is pulled out. An extracorporeal friction knot is formed and immersed into the subcutaneous fat.
