<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal having a small number of ports for calling data from a portable recording medium, the mobile terminal having a function of inputting/outputting data to/from the portable recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A display control section 130 presents a list of all functions to be stored in an external memory card. When an operator selects a desired function of data, a control section calls the function of data from the external memory card. The data is read from a body of the terminal and displayed.
