Disclosed is a stretchable substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention which comprises: a first substrate composed of a first material having a certain modulus of elasticity; and a plurality of second substrates composed of a second material having a smaller modulus of elasticity than the certain modulus of elasticity, and positioned on an upper surface of the first substrate. Each of the first substrate and the second substrates are interconnected through a plurality of connection columns formed between each of the first substrate and the second substrates.
