Introduced is a device to control a coolant flow for a vehicle comprising: a control valve connected to a plurality of cooling lines where a coolant flows and controls a coolant flow between each cooling line; and a control part which controls a control valve to allow the coolant to flow between the plurality of cooling lines when power is applied to a vehicle.
