FIELD: power engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. In compliance with claimed process, heating parameters steam from steam turbine bleeds is fed into steam chambers of top and bottom circuit heaters, Delivery water flows from consuming hardware via return deliver water pipe into top and bottom supply-line heaters. Then, delivery water is directed to delivery water supply pipe while used steam is fed from steam turbine into the condenser steam chamber and condensed tube surface, cooling fluid flowing inside condensing tubes. Note here that condensate is forced by the condensate pump of steam turbine condenser into recovery system. Note here that at steam condensation low-potential waste heat of the turbine waste used steam is recovered by means of cooling fluid. This station exploits the heat exchanger-cooler of delivery water to be mounted at delivery water return pipe. Besides, it uses the condensation plant with the second steam turbine condenser. Additionally, return delivery water low-potential heat and second turbine high-potential steam are recovered. Note here low-potential waste heat power in the first steam turbine, low-potential heat power of heaters from said first steam turbine and high-potential steam heat are recovered with the help of Rankin-type heat engine. Low-boiling working fluid circulating in closed circuit is used as a cooling fluid. Air cooling condenser, or water cooling condenser, or combined air and water cooling condenser is used as the heat exchanger-condenser of heat engine.
