FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises the steps that follow. Spreading interlayer material on bearing layers or bonding the latter with layers of the former. Overlapping and bonding of moving bearing layers to make sandwiched carcass. Application of covers and sides on moving sandwiched carcass. Application of pieces of paper, film or isolation fabric an the ends of sandwiched tape between bearing layer as well as from above the top bearing layer and from below the bottom bearing layer. Sandwiched tape is cut to pieces to be packed. All bearing layers are stopped simultaneously. Said paper, film or isolation fabric are pulled over top bearing layer, between bearing layers and under bottom bearing layer to covers and sides. The tape is cut over the bearing layer width to get the pieces of paper, film or isolation fabric to be secured at bearing layer. Sandwiched carcass with applied covers and sides is stopped. Covers and sides are removed at the points of securing of the pieces of paper, film or isolation fabric before curing.EFFECT: higher quality of sandwiched tape.2 cl, 10 dwg |
