An embodiment of the present invention relates to a heat radiating module. The heat radiating module according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate, two or more heating elements which are arranged on the substrate and have different heights from the substrate, heat sink which are separately arranged on the substrate with a preset interval and have two or more holes which are formed in a position corresponding to each heating element and have larger volumes than the volume of each heating element, and two or more heat radiation screws which are combined with each hole and are in contact with each heating element. The height of at least one heating element is greater than the preset interval. |
