FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: pump comprises casing with drive and driven rotors installed in it on the supporting bearings, in gear bores the led-down radial impellers and separating elements of suction and discharge cavities are located, and lid with oil supply and return channels. Between the casing and lid a detachable partition is installed with made in it integrally separating element and inlet hole to the driven rotor. The partition has one of journal bearings of the drive rotor. The lid has one of journal bearings of the driven rotor. Supply channel is separated from inlet hole in the partition by the drive rotor support.EFFECT: increased reliability of pump design due to possibility of gears jamming, improved tightness of the external joint, and improved cooling of high-speed journal bearings of the pump rotors.2 dwg |
