摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor consisting of a dicyanoquinonediimine derivative that allows stable film formation by using application process and production of high-mobility organic thin film transistor that is driven with low threshold voltage. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is an organic semiconductor featured by comprising dicyanoquinonediimine compound represented by a formula (A). (In the formula, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>represent substituted or unsubstituted univalent hydrocarbon groups with carbon number of 2-12 respectively and independently.) Since the organic semiconductor comprises a dicyanoquinonediimine molecule modified with a predetermined univalent hydrocarbon group, the organic semiconductor has a high solubility to an organic solvent and a stable solidity, and thereby, the film productivity at thin film fabrication can be improved drastically. That is, a stable thin film can be formed by an application process. Since the organic semiconductor has properties of the high solubility, high mobility characteristics, and a high atmospheric tolerance that are essential for a semiconductor used in an application method, the organic semiconductor can be used appropriately as a material for a device fabricated by using a thin-film organic semiconductor similarly to the organic thin-film transistor, such as an organic thin-film solar battery, a dye-sensitization solar battery, an organic electroluminescent element and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
