<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent avoiding influence of an interfering substance in which an absorption spectrum is changed by changes in pH. <P>SOLUTION: The reagent for measuring can use the length of 340 nm as a detection wave and measures an optical density after mixing a specimen and a first reagent and further, measures a biological component that measures an optical density after mixing a second reagent and performs quantitative determination by at least difference of the two optical densities two degrees of absorbance differences, wherein the difference between a pH of the first reagent and a pH when mixing the first reagent and the second reagent is within 0.15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
