<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device of an agricultural work vehicle capable of improving traveling performance, shift operability and the like.SOLUTION: A transmission device of an agricultural work vehicle includes: an engine; a hydraulic transmission mechanism which inputs a driving force outputted by the engine; and a forward gear and backward gear mechanism which inputs and synthesizes the driving force outputted by the engine and the driving force outputted by the hydraulic transmission mechanism, and switches the synthesized synthetic driving force into a forward driving force or a backward driving force and outputs the force. Therein, the hydraulic transmission mechanism is preset such that traveling speed gets to zero when the hydraulic transmission mechanism is shift-controlled to the highest speed position of reverse rotation state and, as the hydraulic transmission mechanism is shift-controlled toward the highest speed position of positive rotation state from the highest position of reverse rotation state via a neutral position where the output is stopped, the traveling speed is continuously increased.</p> |
