<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure cylinder sensor capable of stably operating a comparator having a small range of operation guarantee voltage using commercial components and attaining downsizing.SOLUTION: A cylinder switch 11 is constituted of a two-wire type sensor circuit 22 comprising a bridge circuit 23 including magnetoresistive elements 23a and 23b, a comparator 24 having an output signal inputted from the bridge circuit 23, a signal terminal 25 and a common terminal 26. The cylinder switch 11 comprises: a first transistor 28 having an output of the comparator 24 inputted into a base terminal; a light emitting diode 19 having a cathode terminal connected to a collector terminal of the first transistor 28; and a second transistor 29 having a base terminal connected to an anode terminal of the light emitting diode 19. The cylinder switch 11 includes a constant voltage circuit 30 constituted of a third transistor 31, a Zener diode 32 and a resistance 33.</p> |
