circuitry configured to detect an opening degree of a left eye of a user and an opening degree of a right eye of the user in a captured image, determine a difference between the opening degrees of the left and right eyes of the user by determining a ratio between the opening degrees of the left and right eyes, and determine a predetermined function based on the determined difference between the opening degrees of the left and right eyes of the user.
