The present invention relates to a wireless power receiving apparatus and a portable terminal having the same. The wireless power receiving apparatus includes a magnetic sheet which is divided into micro pieces and/or is cracked by a flack process; a wireless power receiving antenna module which is bonded to the magnetic sheet; an NFC antenna module which is bonded to the magnetic sheet in a ring shape on the outer surface separated from the wireless power receiving antenna module; and a wireless power receiving module which is separated from the NFC antenna module and is bonded to the magnetic sheet.
