A piezoelectric mat is disclosed. The piezoelectric mat according to the disclosed embodiment comprises: a piezoelectric member which has a piezoelectric layer on one or more surfaces of an elastic plate; a substrate which covers the piezoelectric member at the top and has one or more mounting holes to allow the edges of the elastic plate to be placed; LED elements which are placed on the substrate and receive electricity from the piezoelectric member; and a mat member which surrounds and protects the piezoelectric member and the substrate. The piezoelectric mat enables lighting when parts of the LED members are exposed from the top of the mat member.
