Disclosed are a profit share method and system for distributing application. The profit share method includes a step of concatenating a profit distribution rate set by the developer of the application with the application and storing it, a step of concatenating an editor who requires a promotion for the application, and a user who downloads the application though the marketing channel of the editor, with the application and storing it, and a step of sharing a sale according to purchase with the editor and the developer based on the profit distribution rate corresponding to the application when the user purchases contents though the application.
