A method for manufacturing a dual aperture filter includes: a step of forming a first coating thin film which filters a light signal of a predetermined first wavelength range on the upper side of first glass; and a step of forming a second coating thin film which filters a light signal of a wavelength range shorter than the predetermined first wavelength range on the upper side of second glass different from the first glass. A pin hole for receiving the light signal of the wavelength range shorter than the predetermined first wavelength range is formed in a part of the second coating thin film.
