A cosmetic product having an impregnation member embossed and engraved by the surface in the present invention comprise an outer container (10) having the opened upper part, an outer container cap (20) coupled with one side of the outer container (10), an inner container (30) mounted inside the outer container (10), an impregnation member (40) installed in the inner container (30) and impregnated with a cosmetic composition, and an inner container cap (70) hinged to one side of the inner container (30) to be opened and closed. The impregnation member (40) is inserted into an embossed and engraved metal mold (50) and pressed to melt the surface (41) of the impregnation member (40) to form embossed and engraved surface. A fixture (60) fixing the impregnation member (40) not to be separated to the outside is also coupled with the upper end of the inner container (30). The surface (41) of the impregnation member (40) is molten by the metal mold (50) and blocked. The blocked surface (41) is bored by multiple needles. The impregnation member (40) is characterized by having embossed and engraved surface (41) only on the edge, wherein the embossing formed on the surface (41) of the impregnation member (40) has a convex circle or polygonal shape. |
