FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: claimed safe swing comprises cylindrical protective jacket aligned with swing pin of drawbars with seat and surrounding the swing moving parts over the entire swinging path. It is equipped with controlled swing-and-brake device fitted at the swing top part. Brake device lower part is composed of multilink leverage provided with brake handle that features with reduction ratio of force from said handle to leverage last link of approx 1:(3:4). Swing brake upper part consists of the bracket secured at crossbar with roller secured thereat and aligned with swing pin, crossbar arranged parallel with said swing pin to interconnect opposite drawbars. Different-arm lever is fitted at crossbar to slide thereon and to interact by short arm or intermittently by two arms at a time with the roller opposite surface from opposite sides.EFFECT: complete safety of swinging, control over swinging from the seat.2 cl, 3 dwg |
