Provided is a mixing device for an exhaust gas aftertreatment system of a vehicle which improves a mixing of urea and exhaust gas. To achieve this, the mixing device for an exhaust gas aftertreatment system of a vehicle of the present invention wherein urea is injected into an exhaust pipe, comprises: a mixing part formed inside the exhaust pipe having a plurality of ventilation holes in a circumference thereof to mix the urea with the exhaust gas; and a pipe expanding part formed in the exhaust pipe to separate the ventilation holes of the mixing part from an inner surface of the exhaust pipe.
