According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a backlash free transmission end (100) having a setting of angular displacement (V) of a scissors gear wheel (01) of the backlash free transmission end (100). The gear wheel (01) has a gear rim (02) composed of a first gear rim portion (21) and a second gear rim portion (22). Two gear rim portions (21, 22) can rotate around a rotational shaft (03) of the gear wheel with respect to each other. A spring (04) is inserted into the gear wheel (01). The method comprises the steps of: setting the required angular displacement (V) of the gear wheel (01); enabling the gear wheel (01) and a wheel (10) to approach each other; fixating a relative position of the wheel (10) and the gear wheel (01); and releasing the two fixated gear rim portions (21, 22) of the gear wheel (01). |
