PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further effectively reduce a striking sound, a reverberant sound and vibration generated when a pole is allowed to abut on a stopper by energization force of a turnover spring.SOLUTION: A meshing side stopper member 50 is constituted of synthetic rubber, and a pair of cushioning parts 72 and 74 are integrally provided in its meshing side stopper member 50 besides a stopper 70, and since the stopper 70 is elastically engaged with its meshing side abutting part 52 before abutting on the meshing side abutting part 52 of a pole 36, a rotation speed when the pole 36 abuts on the stopper 70, reduces in response to energization force of a turnover spring 42. Thus, a striking sound when the pole 36 abuts on the stopper 70 is reduced, and a bound by elasticity of the stopper 70 is restrained, and a reverberant sound and vibration are quickly converged. |
