PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system of an internal combustion engine using coolant, capable of reducing energy loss in an output from the internal combustion engine and improving fuel economy in a case of using a water pump as a device supplying the coolant to the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine cooling system comprises: a regenerative device 20 generating electric power using exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine 10; and an electric water pump 30 receiving the electric power supplied from the regenerative device 20 and supplying coolant to the internal combustion engine 10. If the regenerative electric power generated by the regenerative device 20 is equal to or higher than electric power necessary for the electric water pump 30 to supply a necessary flow volume of the coolant necessary to cool the internal combustion engine 10, the electric water pump 30 is driven only by the regenerative electric power. |
