PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving diagnostic device as a portable device to be driven by a battery capable of improving the reliability of driving diagnosis, and achieving power saving, and further improving the convenience and handleability of the device.SOLUTION: A driving diagnostic device includes a portable device main body 2 to be driven by a battery 8 having a control part 6 for acquiring a driving behavior from the operation of a vehicle detected by a behavior detection (acceleration) sensor 5, and for determining the driving behavior to diagnose the operation, and the device main body 2 is installed in an arbitrary place in the vehicle, and the operation detection sensor 5 is always in a driving state. The device main body 2 includes a driving behavior fetch start part 12 for, after it is detected that the device main body 2 is installed in the arbitrary place in the vehicle, allowing the control part 6 to start to fetch the driving behavior from the operation detection sensor 5, and to determine the driving behavior. |
