PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus for heat-treating powder or particles, satisfying the following four requirements: (1) A large amount of powder or particles can be heat-treated. (2) Temperature unevenness hardly occurs in the powder or particles. (3) The rate of temperature rise of the powder or particles can be controlled. (4) The temperature of the powder or particles to be heated can be controlled.SOLUTION: The heat treatment apparatus for heat-treating powder or particles includes: means for moving the gathering of powder or particles through a three-dimensionally curved passage with a gas with a variable flow rate; and heating means which allows the gathering of powder or particles moving in the passage to be always irradiated with electromagnetic waves from a plurality of electromagnetic wave generation sources with a variable output level. |
