The present invention relates to a start cake having an anti-obesity effect and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the start cake produced according to the present invention is produced by steaming and pulverizing beans to be formed into a particular shape separated into an inner layer and an outer layer, and the outer layer covers the inner layer at a particular thickness. Aspergillus oryzae is inoculated in the outer layer, and a bacillus species is inoculated in the inner layer. A producing method according to the present invention comprises: a steaming step of soaking and steaming beans; a strain pre-treating step of pre-treating a strain to be used; a first molding step of pulverizing the steamed beans, inoculating and steaming the pretreated bacillus species, and molding the inner layer produced through the pulverized beans; a second molding step of forming an outer layer, in which Aspergillus oryzae is inoculated, steamed, and pulverized, on an outer surface of the inner layer; a third step of drying the start cake; and a fourth step of fermenting and aging the start cake. |
