摘要 The present invention relates to a test instrument for response characteristics of a high-speed on-off solenoid valve, which comprises: an air pressure regulator for providing a set air pressure; a high-speed on-off solenoid valve for selectively letting the compressed air supplied from the air pressure regulator pass through according to an on/off switching; a nozzle for discharging the compressed air supplied from the high-speed on-off solenoid valve; a pressure sensor installed near the nozzle to generate an output signal corresponding to the pressure of the discharged compressed air; and, a data processor for conveying a pulse width modulation signal of a high frequency to the high-speed on-off solenoid valve and evaluating in real time the flux corresponding to being on/off of the high frequency from the output signal and the pulse width modulation signal. According to the present invention, the on/off time of the outputted compressed air for the input of the pulse width modulation method can be measured in real time, and the response characteristics of the valve can be checked in any random section.
