The wirings include first to third wirings, of which at least a portion of the first wiring is positioned between the second wiring and the third wiring. The circuit elements contain a first circuit element, and the first circuit element is connected with at least the second and third wirings. The first circuit element is positioned to cover at least a portion of the first wiring. |
