PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to avoid not establishing NC communication even if a time when a data packet cannot be received becomes long.SOLUTION: A communication terminal comprises a packet staying management unit 12 that monitors an increasing rate of packets staying in a queue if a next packet does not arrive from a transmission side terminal even though a preset transmission cycle has passed, and determines whether or not the increasing rate is larger than a staying specified value. If the packet staying management unit 12 has determined that the increasing rate is larger than the staying specified value, a retransmission adjustment unit 13 notifies the transmission side terminal of an instruction to extend the transmission cycle, and thereby makes the transmission side terminal change the transmission cycle. |
