PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably satisfy a flicker regulation value.SOLUTION: A control section performs power-on control of first and second heaters by switching a switching section, on the basis of an arrangement pattern 2 of on-sections and off-sections, based on a half-wave period of an AC power supply. When a flicker regulation value cannot be satisfied with a set arrangement pattern combination, the control section performs power-on control of the first and second heaters, by use of an arrangement pattern formed by changing the arrangement of the on-sections and the off-sections, so as to satisfy the flicker regulation value with the same duty ratio of the arrangement pattern 2 in the first heater, for example. |
