PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera integrated illumination device capable of concealing a camera lens from the outside appearance.SOLUTION: The camera integrated illumination device includes: a light guide plate that guides a light beam while totally reflecting the light from a light source; and a camera disposed at a position where the light source for inputting the light beam from an end face of the light guide plate, a light emitting plane of the light guide plate and an imaging range are overlapped with each other. The ON/OFF operation of the light source and the imaging timing of the camera are synchronized with each other.
