PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device performing high quality image display and having high product reliability.SOLUTION: The electro-optic device comprises a transistor including a first portion P1 of a semiconductor film 1a. The first portion P1 extends along a first direction, and the semiconductor film 1a includes a third portion P3 extending along a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The sum of the length of the first portion P1 and the length of the third portion P3 is larger than a pixel pitch. This provides a pixel 100a of a length shorter than that of the semiconductor film 1a composing the transistor, allowing further microfabrication. Accordingly, such relatively large transistor secures electrical reliability, and the fine pixel 100a allows for high quality image display. |
