PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method, a recovery method, and a connection/recovery device of a marine hose, enabling the marine hose to be efficiently extended or recovered on the water surface even if distance of a transfer line of petroleum or the like is made long.SOLUTION: The connection method of a marine hose comprises: a preparation step of preparing a ship 2 mounted with a hose reel 21 around which a new marine hose 1 is wound; a movement step of bringing the ship 2 close to the other end of an existing marine hose 11; a transfer step of transferring the other end of the existing marine hose 11 onto the ship 2; a fixing step of fixing the other end of the existing marine hose 11 to the ship 2; a connection step of connecting one end of the new marine hose 1 to the other end of the existing marine hose 11; a carrying-out step of returning the connection part to the water surface; an extension step of extending the new marine hose 1 on the water surface by feeding the new marine hose 1 from the hose reel 21 while moving the ship 2; and a discharge step of discharging the other end of the new marine hose 1 onto the water surface while the other end of the new marine hose 1 is sealed. |
