The present invention relates to a touch sensor integrated display device including an active region and a bezel region disposed in the outside of the active region. Touch accuracy in a corner or edge part is improved, so a touch function may be improved. The touch sensor integrated display device comprises: a plurality of gate lines and data lines formed to cross each other; a plurality of pixel electrodes respectively formed in a region defined by crossing the gate lines and data lines in the active region; a plurality of 1-1 electrodes disposed in at least two lines and two rows in the active region to form a horizontal electrical field with the pixel electrodes; a plurality of 1-2 electrodes disposed in the outside of the 1-1 electrodes, and extending from the active region towards the bezel region; and a plurality of first routing wires respectively connected to the 1-1 and 1-2 electrodes, and horizontally arranged with each other. The gate line extends to both side bezel regions facing each other in the active region from the active region, and the data line extends to both side bezel regions facing each other in the active region from the active region.
