The present invention relates to a method for preparing honey including the steps of: (a) preparing a graviola extract and a stevia extract; (b) mixing the graviola extract and the stevia extract at a weight ratio of 1 : 1-9; (c) mixing a product ofthe step (b) and feeding water; and (d) feeding honey bees with a product of the step (c) and obtaining honey from the honeybees. The honey, prepared by the method of the present invention, provides excellent effects of diabetes alleviation, anti-allergic activity, or immunity enhancement resulting from increase in immune globulin concentration and has enhanced palatability and preference in general. |
