The present invention provides a food waste treating device for agitating food waste to be treated and an additive such as a moisture absorbent to recycle food waste. The food waste treating device has a feeding hole and a discharge hole formed in front and rear sides. By using long and short arms alternately and radially formed based on a drum-shaped moving body having a driving axis formed in a horizontal direction in a center thereof and a main axis thereof on the driving axis, ploughshares in opposed directions are radially, inwardly, and outwardly disposed to constitute inward and outward agitation member groups. Food waste and additives fed through a feeding hole are transferred and agitated in a zigzag type in the moving body by using the inward and outward agitation member groups to be discharged through the discharge hole, so agitation may be effectively and uniformly performed with a relatively small volume of an electric power source. |
