The present invention relates to a self-charging supercapacitor device which can perform conversion into electric energy and at the same time can store the converted energy by using a Vanadium Pentoxide (V2O5) modified graphene (G-V2O5) nano sheet and PVDF-ZnO as a separator on the basis of a hybrid electrode capable of converting mechanical energy into electric energy directly. An anode is prepared on an upper part around the separator, and a cathode is prepared on a lower part thereof. The anode and the cathode is formed with the Vanadium Pentoxide (V2O5) modified graphene nano sheet. |
